The complete workplace project

Six deliberately different photographs show the lounge result, colour-band glazing, one plain privacy-film treatment, the installation stage, the illuminated identifier and wider site context.

The page uses seven distinct owned photographs in total: one reception hero and six supporting views. Similar angles of the repeated glass motif were removed rather than used to pad the gallery.

How the project came together

Establish the identity, adapt the artwork and deliver each area in stages.

Owned project records document completed signage stages in 2022, 2024 and 2026. The page brings those stages together as one workplace story without presenting a strict photographic chronology where it is not verified.

Read the four delivery stages
  1. 1

    Define each sign zone

Reception, waiting, boardroom, meeting and general office areas were treated as related spaces with different visibility, privacy and branding needs.

  2. 2

    Translate the brand

The identity was expressed through dimensional painted metal lettering, an organic printed glazing pattern and a custom-built push-through letter lightbox.

  3. 3

    Measure and prepare

Each glass run required its own panel dimensions, artwork scale, coverage height and installation plan before the film was produced.

  4. 4

    Install in planned stages

Completed rooms were added over several project stages, including removal of existing safety stripes where recorded and installation of the new privacy-film system.

Project anatomy

Three sign systems, each doing a different job.

The project combines permanent dimensional identity, translucent privacy graphics and a custom-built illuminated push-through letter lightbox. Keeping those roles clear lets the office feel coordinated without treating every surface the same way.

System decision

Why combine dimensional letters with printed privacy film?

The metal reception lettering creates one strong arrival moment, while the printed film carries the brand across a much larger area of glass and solves the practical need for privacy.

For another workplace, letter depth and finish, glass-film coverage, artwork scale, privacy height and any illumination should be reviewed against the actual interiors, sightlines and building conditions.

Pricing context

What shapes the investment in a staged workplace-signage project?

A multi-area office project is quoted from the approved artwork, actual quantities and site conditions. We explain the main cost drivers without publishing Aramco's commercial terms.

  • Overall size, finish and component count for the dimensional metal lettering
  • Total glass area, number of panels and complexity of the printed frost artwork
  • Removal requirements, access, site measurement and staged installation timing
  • The custom-built push-through letter lightbox, including acrylic depth, illumination, power and mounting conditions

Send reception and glass photographs, approximate dimensions, vector artwork, privacy requirements and the number of locations for a current indication. Final pricing follows confirmed materials, quantities, access and installation scope.

Technical detail

The main story stays visual and easy to scan. Open these sections for the delivered scope, the evidence in the photography and the specifications that still need a site-specific review.

Sydney proof · National capability

A staged Sydney office project that can inform a national standard.

This project was completed in Sydney CBD. For multi-site work, Platinum Signs can scope a repeatable signage system and coordinate production and installation nationally, with dimensions, substrate, access and programme checked for each location.

  • One approved system for lettering, privacy graphics and internal identifiers
  • Site-specific glass, wall, fixing and power checks
  • Coordinated artwork, staging, quality control and installation
