Signage for your business

Find the right sign for the space.

A good signage package starts with how people approach and use your premises. We work with business owners, designers, builders and property teams on individual signs and coordinated projects, bringing the exterior, entrance and interior together.

Shopfronts & building signs

Make your premises easy to recognise from the street and welcoming at the entrance. Fascia signs, projecting lightboxes, dimensional letters and window graphics each work at a different viewing angle. We consider the frontage, available fixing points, surrounding architecture and whether the sign needs to be visible after dark. A coordinated combination can carry the same identity across the building and the pedestrian approach.

Offices & interiors

Bring your identity into reception areas, meeting rooms and shared spaces. Acrylic or metal logos can create a focal point, while privacy film, wall graphics and room identification carry the design through the workplace. Glass treatment can combine branding and privacy without covering every surface. For an office fit-out, share the plans and finishes so lettering, glazing graphics and directional signs can be considered together.

Graphics, panels & vehicles

Use printed graphics to communicate across windows, walls, vehicles and temporary displays. The right specification depends on the surface, viewing distance and intended life of the message. We produce promotional panels, branded hoardings, educational graphics and vehicle branding, as well as repeat sign sets. For a fleet or a series of panels, a clear artwork schedule helps keep colours, layouts and versions consistent.

Different sites. A consistent identity.

Made for the way Sydney businesses use their spaces.

Our work spans boutique retail, commercial offices, hospitality, education and property signage. These projects show how the same core decisions—visibility, material, lighting and placement—lead to very different finished signs.

For ONE MILE, the Bondi Beach and Paddington boutiques combine halo-lit lettering, projecting lightboxes and dimensional fascia signs. The brand stays recognisable while the sign formats respond to each frontage. At Aramco’s Sydney office, reception lettering and branded privacy film carry the identity from the arrival area into glazed spaces.

Claudio’s Seafoods at the new Sydney Fish Market brings several systems into one tenancy: backlit lettering, bulkhead graphics and supporting signs. The photographs show the signage during the fit-out, with the surrounding construction still visible. Google Street View’s fleet demonstrates another application entirely: consistent printed vehicle graphics across a set of cars wrapped in Sydney.

Use the project photographs as a starting point for your brief. Tell us what appeals to you—the depth of the letters, the lighting effect, the finish or the way the sign sits on the building. We can then discuss how a similar approach would suit your own brand and location.

Planning your signage

From the first idea to the final position.

You do not need to arrive with a finished specification. A site photograph, an approximate size and a clear purpose give us a useful starting point. These details help shape the design, quote and installation plan.

Choose materials around the environment

An outdoor fascia, an internal reception logo and a temporary promotion have different demands. Tell us about sun and weather exposure, the mounting surface and how long the sign is intended to stay in place. For adhesive graphics, surface texture and condition matter as much as the artwork. For dimensional signs, the depth, finish and fixing method contribute to the final appearance. We can discuss acrylic, metal, ACM, printed vinyl and other suitable options in the context of the actual site.

Make the artwork readable at its real size

Start with the viewing distance and the message people need to recognise first. A logo that looks clear on a laptop may need different spacing or fewer supporting words on a shopfront. Share your vector logo, brand colours and any existing design guidelines. We review the agreed artwork against the sign dimensions and production method, including the position of joins, cut shapes and illuminated elements. Check names, contact details and wording carefully before approving the production artwork.

Plan installation alongside the fit-out

A Sydney CBD tenancy may have loading-dock bookings and limited access hours; a suburban shopfront may need coordination around trading and pedestrian access. Include the site contact and any landlord or building management requirements early. Photographs should show the whole frontage or wall as well as close views of the fixing surface. Confirm who is arranging approvals, access equipment and any electrical work, so the programme accounts for the tasks needed before the signs arrive.

Keep a record for replacements and future sites

A useful sign schedule records the location, dimensions, quantity, material and artwork version for every item. This is particularly helpful for offices, schools and properties with repeated room names or directional signs. Keep the approved artwork and order reference after installation. When a team, tenancy or promotion changes, those records make it easier to identify the correct replacement without recreating the whole package. For a staged rollout, flag the required order of sites and any differences between them.

Your questions answered

Sydney signage, explained.

Where in Sydney do you work?

We are based in Botany and work across Sydney, including the CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, Northern Beaches, North Shore, Western Sydney and the Sutherland Shire. Send your project address so we can plan the appropriate delivery and installation arrangements. The gallery includes work from Paddington, Bondi Beach, Alexandria, Pyrmont, Double Bay and the Sydney CBD.

How much does business signage cost?

The price depends on the size, material, quantity, illumination and installation requirements. A printed panel and a fabricated illuminated sign involve different work, even when their finished dimensions are similar. Access height, removal of existing signs and the condition of the mounting surface can also affect the quote. Send photographs and approximate dimensions so we can compare suitable options for your budget.

Can you help if I only have a logo or an idea?

Yes. Share the logo or artwork you have, a photograph of the location and what the sign needs to achieve. For example, you may need a shop to be visible from the footpath, a reception wall to carry your brand or meeting-room glazing to provide privacy. We can discuss the format and prepare the agreed artwork for production. Let us know if you already have brand guidelines or a designer involved.

Do you manufacture and install the signage?

We produce signage and can include installation in the project scope. Supply-only orders are also available. For installation, we need the site address, mounting surface, height and access details. Tell us about building management requirements, restricted delivery times and any electrical provision for illuminated signs. The quote should clearly identify what is being supplied and which site works are included.

How long will my signs take?

The schedule depends on the chosen sign system, quantities, artwork approval and installation arrangements. Include your preferred opening, handover or launch date when you enquire, particularly if the sign is part of a fit-out. We will confirm the production and installation timing for the agreed scope. Changes to dimensions, materials or artwork after approval may change that schedule.

Can I order simple printed signs online?

Yes. Our product pages provide online ordering for specified products such as corflute, ACM and acrylic signs. Choose the relevant material, dimensions and quantity, then provide the artwork required for the order. If your project combines several sign types, unusual shapes, illuminated elements or site installation, use the quote form so we can review the package together.

Can you match existing signs or coordinate several locations?

Send photographs, the original artwork and any previous order reference. Identify what must remain consistent and what is changing, such as a new address, tenant name or logo. For several locations, a sign schedule helps keep each size, quantity and artwork version clear. Existing colours and finishes need to be reviewed against the new materials; a photograph alone is not a precise colour specification.
