The project in detail

Seven photographs show the one campaign system working across heritage arches, corner glass, and full showroom buildings in different states.

Duplicate angles, in-progress packing shots and site-check images were removed. Each photograph shows a different frontage or sign format from the rollout.

Project at a glance

Same sale, same look, in every city at once.

A retail sale only works when every store announces it together. This program turned one approved EOFY artwork system into measured, store-specific window graphics for showrooms from Brisbane to Geelong.

The campaign system

One EOFY sale artwork family, adapted to each showroom's window runs so the offer reads identically at every store.

The production run

Around 170 linear metres of 600mm-high graphics, digitally printed on promotional vinyl with a matte laminate.

The rollout

Store-by-store installation across NSW, Victoria, Queensland and the ACT in the lead-up to the sale period.

How it came together

From one artwork system to seven live storefronts.

Multi-site campaign work is a logistics job as much as a print job. Every showroom has different window runs, so each store was measured, printed and packed as its own kit.

Read the four delivery stages
  1. 1

    Store-by-store measurement

Each showroom's window runs were confirmed individually, from a 5-metre frontage to runs approaching 40 metres.

  2. 2

    Campaign print run

The graphics were digitally printed on monomeric promotional vinyl — media matched to a sale campaign's lifespan, not oversold.

  3. 3

    Matte lamination

A matte laminate keeps the sale message readable in glass reflections and daylight glare across every frontage.

  4. 4

    Coordinated installation

Kits were dispatched and installed store by store so the campaign went live across the network ahead of the sale.

Project anatomy

Campaign media, specified for a campaign lifespan.

Sale graphics have a job to do for weeks, not years. The specification matches the media and finish to that lifespan, which keeps a national rollout affordable enough to repeat every season.

Material decision

Why promotional vinyl instead of premium long-life film?

For a sale campaign measured in weeks, monomeric promotional vinyl delivers the colour and coverage the campaign needs at a cost that can be repeated for every sale event, and it removes cleanly at changeover.

Long-life cast or polymeric films remain the right specification for permanent branding, vehicle work and exposed exterior graphics that must last years rather than weeks.

Budgeting a similar campaign

What drives the cost of a multi-store campaign rollout.

Campaign rollouts are priced from the store list rather than a single sign specification. The main drivers are:

  • Number of stores and total linear metres of window coverage
  • Media and laminate specification against campaign duration
  • How much the artwork varies between frontages
  • Installation access, trading hours and geographic spread
  • Whether end-of-campaign removal and changeover are included

Send the store list and sale dates for a campaign-specific quote — frontage sizes and access differ materially between stores.

Repeat campaigns · National capability

Built to repeat: the same network, every sale season.

This EOFY rollout was completed across Lounge Lovers showrooms in four states and territories, and Platinum Signs has since produced further national campaign changeovers for the same showroom network. Campaign programs like this can be coordinated nationally around each brand's store list, artwork calendar and sale dates.

  • One artwork system, store-specific print kits
  • Coordinated installation ahead of a fixed sale date
  • Removal and changeover at the end of each campaign

Prepare a useful brief

What to send for a multi-store campaign rollout.

Campaign rollouts are quoted from the store list and the calendar — both matter as much as the artwork.

Read the four-point quoting checklist
  1. 1

    Store list

The showrooms in scope, with addresses and photos of each frontage where available.

  2. 2

    Campaign artwork

The approved sale artwork, or the brand assets it will be built from.

  3. 3

    The sale dates

When the campaign must be live and when it comes down — the deadline drives the production plan.

  4. 4

    Access notes

Trading hours, centre management requirements and any stores needing after-hours installation.
