3. Analytics
We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and a privacy-restricted PostHog configuration to count page views, understand the online-shop funnel and find usability problems. PostHog uses session-only browser storage for this site; it masks form inputs, excludes artwork areas and does not record checkout or order-confirmation screens. When you ask an online product calculator for a price, our first-party journey ledger, Google Analytics and PostHog may record the selected dimensions, quantities, material and production options, fulfilment choice and calculated price against an anonymous browser-tab identifier. This structured calculator event never includes your artwork, free text, name, contact details or payment information. We do not sell this analytics data or use PostHog to build advertising profiles.
4. Marketing & conversion
If we run paid campaigns, we may use conversion pixels (e.g. Google Ads, Meta) on the confirmation page only. These record that an order was placed — they don’t receive your name, address or payment details.
5. Controlling cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break core features like login and checkout.
6. Changes
This notice is updated as we add or remove tools. The version shown at the top of this page is the current one.
