Easy Dot is a removable, repositionable vinyl with a micro-dot adhesive pattern that allows air to escape during application. It peels off cleanly without residue, making it ideal for temporary installations, events, or rental spaces. High Tack is a permanent adhesive vinyl that bonds firmly to the wall for a long-term installation. It's best suited for offices, retail fit-outs, and permanent branding.
There is no maximum wall size. Our prints can be up to 10,000mm (10 metres) in height. For walls wider than 1,500mm, the mural is printed in multiple drops (panels) which are placed side-by-side with a 20mm overlap for a seamless look. We recommend drop widths of 1,000–1,200mm for easier self-installation.
Yes! Our wall graphics are designed for self-installation. Easy Dot vinyl is particularly forgiving — it can be repositioned during application. We recommend a drop width of 1,000–1,200mm for easier handling. For larger installations, start from one edge and work across, smoothing each drop with a squeegee. Detailed installation instructions are included with every order.
Easy Dot vinyl is designed to be removed cleanly without damaging paint or leaving adhesive residue. High Tack vinyl is permanent and may damage paint or plasterboard if removed. If you anticipate needing to remove the graphic in the future, we recommend Easy Dot.
Easy Dot vinyl is primarily used for indoor, temporary applications where UV exposure and abrasion are minimal. The print quality and durability are excellent for indoor use without lamination. High Tack vinyl benefits from lamination (matte or gloss) for added UV protection and scuff resistance, especially in high-traffic areas.
Wall graphics work best on smooth, clean, dry surfaces including painted plasterboard, rendered walls, glass, metal, and laminate. They are not recommended for raw brick, heavily textured surfaces, or freshly painted walls (allow at least 2 weeks for paint to cure). For outdoor use, High Tack is recommended.
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, TIFF, and high-resolution JPEG/PNG files. For best results, supply at actual print size in CMYK colour mode with at least 100 DPI resolution. For murals with multiple drops, supply the artwork as a single continuous image — we'll handle the splitting and overlap.
Standard production is 5 business days from artwork approval. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Fast turnaround (3 business days) and rush orders (24 hours) are available for an additional surcharge. Transit time after dispatch is typically 1–3 business days for metro areas.
Smooth, clean, dry wall surfaces give the best result. Wash with isopropyl alcohol (not Windex) to remove dust and oils, let dry fully, and check there are no flaking paint spots or loose plaster patches. Freshly painted walls need 14 days to fully cure before vinyl adheres reliably — applying sooner can cause peeling. Textured / rough surfaces may need High Tack vinyl instead of Easy Dot.
Yes. Our water-based latex + UV presses achieve 95%+ Pantone coverage on wall vinyl. Supply your Pantone spot number or brand-guide reference and we’ll colour-match during pre-press. For hospitality venues or retail fitouts where colour accuracy matters, a printed strike-off on the actual vinyl can be supplied for sign-off before the full mural prints.
Yes. Sydney metro runs through our Go Logistics courier (often same-day or next-day). Interstate murals ship via Transdirect with live tracking — rolled in protective tubes. Delivered Australia-wide. Installation in regional areas routed through our local contractor network on request.
Yes for Sydney metro at $120/hr per installer (2-installer minimum for murals above 3m x 2m or involving ceiling work, 3-hour call-out minimum). We supply application squeegees and detailed instructions free with every order for DIY installs. 12-month warranty covering print fade, delamination, and manufacturing defects when applied to approved surfaces per our install guide. Indoor Easy Dot typically lasts 5+ years; indoor High Tack 7-10+ years. Outdoor wall vinyl lifespan depends on UV exposure — specify outdoor intent at order so we use UV-stabilised inks.
