Frequently asked
Can I fill in the phone numbers and location details myself?
Yes. The sign is designed with blank fields for you to write in warden contact numbers and the nearest extinguisher location using a permanent marker. Lamination protects the surface and makes updates easier.
Is this sign required by law in my workplace?
AS 1319 recommends fire information signage in buildings where staff turnover is high or the layout is complex. Check your local fire safety plan or consult your safety officer to confirm requirements for your site.
What happens if I need to update warden details later?
If laminated, you can use a dry-erase marker to update numbers without damaging the sign. Alternatively, you can order a replacement with new details pre-printed.
Which material works best for a busy office lobby?
Polypropylene is durable and cost-effective for indoor lobbies. If you need extra longevity and a premium finish, Colorbond is non-combustible and resists wear in high-traffic areas.
Can I order pre-printed with our warden details?
Yes. Provide warden names and phone numbers during checkout, and we'll print them directly onto the sign before dispatch. This saves time and ensures accuracy.
