Description
Use this No Mobile Phones Sign where an approved site rule prohibits mobile-phone use within a defined room, zone or work area. The verified portrait artwork has a black mobile-phone pictogram behind a red prohibition circle and slash, with the exact legend MOBILE PHONES PROHIBITED IN THIS AREA on a white background. The catalogue sizes are 225 × 300 mm, 300 × 450 mm and 450 × 600 mm. Polypropylene is preselected as the practical rigid option for routine indoor and general site use. Self-adhesive vinyl suits a clean, smooth surface; 5 mm Corflute suits temporary placement; and Colorbond steel provides a stronger mechanically fixed face. Optional mounting holes apply only to rigid materials, while lamination and reflective film appear only with a compatible vinyl selection. Install the sign at the normal approach to the exact boundary where the restriction starts, with the full symbol and wording visible before entry. Check the view with doors and equipment in their usual positions, repeat it at separate approaches when needed, and state any requirement to power devices off, use aeroplane mode, store them or follow an emergency exception in the site policy or a separate instruction. The sign communicates a site prohibition; it does not create a blanket mobile-phone ban, certify the area, prove electromagnetic compatibility or replace the policy, induction, supervision, access control or higher-order risk controls required for the location. Confirm the affected devices, boundary, permitted modes and exceptions with the responsible site or facility team before installation.
This sign communicates a defined site prohibition. It does not create a blanket legal ban, certify the area or prove that mobile phones will interfere with equipment. Confirm the site-specific policy, affected devices, boundary, permitted modes, exceptions and supporting controls before installation.

Frequently asked
What is printed on this No Mobile Phones sign?
The verified portrait artwork has a black mobile-phone pictogram behind a red prohibition circle and slash, with the exact legend MOBILE PHONES PROHIBITED IN THIS AREA on a white background.
Does the sign mean phones must be switched off?
The face says that mobile phones are prohibited in the marked area. It does not define whether a device must be powered off, placed in aeroplane mode, kept in storage or permitted for an emergency. State those details in the site policy, induction or a separate instruction where they matter.
Where should the sign be displayed?
Install it at the normal approach to the exact boundary where the site rule starts, so the complete symbol and wording can be seen before a person enters. Repeat the sign at separate doors or approaches when one face does not cover every entry path.
Should every hospital area prohibit mobile phones?
No blanket rule should be inferred from this product. NSW Health guidance says areas where device use is not permitted should be clearly marked and supported by site-specific policies. Confirm the facility's current rule, affected devices, permitted modes and any exceptions before ordering or installing the sign.
Which material, size and mounting option should I choose?
Polypropylene is the default rigid option. Self-adhesive vinyl suits a clean smooth surface, 5 mm Corflute suits temporary placement, and Colorbond steel provides a stronger mechanically fixed face. Choose 225 × 300 mm for close approaches, 300 × 450 mm for more prominence, or 450 × 600 mm for larger or visually busy approaches. Optional holes apply only to rigid materials.
What volume discounts apply?
Automatic volume pricing is 5–9 signs: 8% off, 10–24 signs: 15% off, 25–49 signs: 24% off, 50–99 signs: 32% off, 100+ signs: 40% off. The configurator is the source of truth and updates the unit price as quantity changes.
