Print-ready panel specification
Use this path when the substrate, finished size, print side and approved artwork are known. Customer-supplied panels still require condition and compatibility review before acceptance.

Print, cut and finish
Add routing, custom shape, holes, corners, laminate or edge treatment when Platinum is producing the finished panel rather than only applying the graphic.

- Include fixing notes or an installation template.
Site-ready panels or rollout
Add packing, site labels, delivery and installation planning when panels must arrive in sequence or be fitted to a known surface. Installation remains subject to access, location and site review.

The print pass is only one part of a finished-panel quote. Material handling, setup, finishing and delivery can change the production path.

No. UV printing is one production method. A finished sign still needs an approved material, size, print side, artwork, cutting or holes, surface finish and an agreed delivery or installation scope.
Common sign enquiries include ACM, acrylic, corflute, plywood, MDF and selected coated metals. Suitability is not automatic: the exact surface, coating, flatness, size, finish, use and exposure need to be checked.
It can be suitable when the substrate and finish match the exposure. Orientation, abrasion, cleaning, weather, fixing and expected service period all matter, so outdoor life should be confirmed for the specific specification rather than assumed from the print method.
Clear, coloured or second-surface panels may need a defined white layer, reverse artwork or a backing colour to keep graphics readable from the intended side. The layer setup should be shown in the approved artwork.
Many suitable panels can be routed, drilled or finished with custom corners and shapes. The cut path, hole positions, tolerances, edge expectation and fixing plan must be confirmed before production.
Not for every job. A protective finish may be considered for handling, abrasion, cleaning or exposure, but it changes with the material and end use. Platinum will scope it against the application rather than treat it as a universal requirement.
No. Direct print, printed vinyl and laminated graphics solve different finish, durability, colour, handling and replacement needs. The better route depends on the material, environment and expected result.
Potentially, after review. Supplied panels need to be checked for material identity, coating, flatness, cleanliness, dimensions and damage risk. An adhesion or output sample may be required, and acceptance or warranty treatment cannot be assumed before that review.
