What is included in a teardrop banner kit?

Each configured banner includes your printed SignWeave™ polyester flag, a sectional epoxy-fibreglass pole with stainless-steel reinforcement and the selected base or mounting option. A carry bag is optional. Replacement fabric and additional hardware are available separately.

What is the difference between single-sided and double-sided teardrop flags?

Single-sided flags have one printed face; the reverse shows a mirrored image with reduced vibrancy. Double-sided flags use two printed faces sewn together with a blockout layer between them, so the message reads correctly from both directions.

Which teardrop banner size should I choose?

Choose from Extra Small 1830mm, Small 2300mm, Medium 2700mm, Large 3700mm and Jumbo 4650mm assembled heights. Check ceiling clearance, sightlines and the available footprint at your site. Assembled height includes the pole; the Specifications table and downloadable templates show the separate finished fabric dimensions.

Which bases fit each size?

Ground spikes suit soft ground; cross bases, water bags and weighted bases suit appropriate hard surfaces. The 5kg square base fits Extra Small and Small; 7kg fits Extra Small, Small and Medium; 10kg fits every size. Gazebo brackets fit Extra Small and Small only. The selector shows compatible options for your chosen size.

Can I use teardrop banners outdoors?

Yes, with a compatible base or mount suited to the surface and conditions. Keep fabric clear of walls, sharp fences and other objects. Bring banners inside overnight where possible and during extreme weather. A heavier base is not a guarantee of safety in strong winds.

Can I order matching flags for several locations or an event?

Yes. Configure the total number of banners and the number of different designs. Each design needs at least one banner, with up to 100 designs per configuration. Additional designs include a file-preparation charge. Confirm the quantity for each artwork when supplying the files.

What artwork file do I need?

Download the exact size template and supply a CMYK PDF at 100% scale with fonts outlined and images embedded. Keep the template document size and locked layers unchanged; follow its bleed and safe artwork areas. Use images of at least 130dpi at full size and no crop, trim or registration marks. Select artwork assistance if you need help preparing the file.

Can I choose a black or white pole sleeve?

Yes. Both sleeve colours are available. Choose the colour that works with your artwork; it is recorded with your configuration and proof.

Can I replace the printed flag and reuse my pole?

Replacement flag fabric is available on our Replacement Flags page. Confirm the flag shape, pole system and size before ordering; flags from different hardware systems are not automatically interchangeable.
