What's the difference between Economy 120gsm and Premium 250gsm fabric?

Economy is the lighter 120gsm option and Premium is the heavier 250gsm option. Request a sample when opacity, drape, lighting or colour behaviour is critical.

Can fabric banners be printed double-sided?

The online product is printed on one side. Contact us before ordering if reverse appearance or a double-sided display is important to the project.

What finishing options do fabric banners come with?

Choose hemmed edges only, hemmed edges with eyelets, rod pockets, or hook-and-loop edging. Eyelet spacing and rod-pocket configuration are shown in the calculator when relevant.

How are the eyelets spaced?

Standard spacing keeps gaps no more than 1000mm; close spacing keeps gaps no more than 500mm. Both include the corners. The online quote shows the calculated eyelet count per banner.

Are fabric banners suitable for outdoor use?

Outdoor suitability and service life depend on exposure, wind, supporting structure, fixings, installation and maintenance. Contact us for a site-specific assessment before outdoor use.

What's the largest fabric banner you can print?

Online pricing accepts widths from 300mm to 10000mm and heights from 300mm to 2700mm. Rod-pocket configurations are limited to 2600mm high. Contact us outside those online limits.

What file format and artwork specs should I supply?

Print-ready PDF is ideal, with all text converted to outlines, images embedded at 150 DPI at full scale, CMYK colour mode, and 20mm bleed on all edges. AI, EPS, and high-resolution PNG/JPEG are also fine. Fabric print tends to be slightly softer than rigid substrate print, so we recommend avoiding fine hairlines under 0.5pt. If you don't have print-ready files, pick one of our design packages and we'll set your artwork up for you.

Can fabric banners be folded, ironed, or steamed?

Follow the care instructions supplied with the finished banner. Contact us before applying heat or choosing a packing method when presentation requirements are critical.

How long does production and delivery take?

Standard production is 3 business days from artwork approval. Express production is 48 hours from artwork approval with a 25% print-only surcharge. Pickup is available; delivery is quoted separately after packed freight requirements are assessed.

Can you work with brand colours?

Supply your brand guide and colour references with the artwork. Contact us about a physical sample if colour matching is critical.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes. Delivery is quoted separately before production because packed size, weight, folding and handling requirements must be assessed for the configured order. Pickup from Botany is available online.

Do you offer banner installation?

Installation is not included in the online product price. Contact us for a site-specific assessment covering access, supporting structure, fixings, exposure and installation method.

What if I need a site-specific performance or warranty assessment?

Contact us before ordering with the site, exposure, installation and service requirements. The online price does not promise a universal service life or site-specific warranty.

Our polyester fabric banners are single-sided, full-colour printed displays. Choose 120gsm Economy or 250gsm Premium polyester. Finish with hemmed edges, eyelets, rod pockets (20/50/100mm), or hook-and-loop edging. Mounting and site suitability require separate assessment.
