Wall graphics for commercial interiors
Examples from our commercial wall-graphics archive show how patterns and illustrations work across reception, workplace and hospitality walls. They demonstrate layout and application; request a sample of the wallpaper material and finish you intend to order.
Prepare your wallpaper order
1. Measure the print area
Measure at several points and use the largest width and height. Add 50mm to each dimension for trimming, once only. Keep doors and windows inside the full rectangle; the online price does not deduct openings.
2. Choose material and artwork
Select non-woven or peel-and-stick, then matte or satin. Supply one continuous image for each wall. Choose artwork assistance if you need help preparing a file, and confirm the scope with our team.
3. Check proof and dispatch
Check the dimensions, crop, material and drop sequence on your proof. Standard production is 5 business days after artwork approval; fast production is 3 business days with a 25% print surcharge. Carrier transit is additional.
Quantity means walls with the same dimensions and specification. For different wall sizes, configure each wall and add it separately. Identify each artwork with its wall or site reference, including the location of doors, windows and fixed furniture.
Use custom printed wallpaper to carry a pattern, photographic mural or brand illustration across an indoor wall. Plan the image around sightlines and fixed furniture, and choose the application method with your installer. We print your approved artwork to the ordered dimensions and supply labelled drops.
Every job is printed in-house on our Canon Colorado UVgel press, cured the instant it prints with no solvent drying or outgassing wait. Multi-drop walls are split and aligned by our prepress team with a 20mm overlap between adjacent drops. The calculator shows the approximate drop width for your wall. We supply the paper rolled in a protective sleeve, labelled in install order, with written install instructions for the material you chose.
Max Height: Up to 10,000mm (10 metres) in a single drop
Max Width: Up to 1,500mm for a single drop; wider walls are split by the calculator, with 20mm overlaps
Project Specification: Request documentation for the exact supplied material and installation system before specifying.
Production: Standard 5 business days to dispatch after artwork approval
Delivery: Australia-wide — calculated at checkout
Why choose Platinum Signs for wallpaper?
We're a full-service signage manufacturer, not a reseller. Your artwork is printed in-house, checked and supplied for your installation team. Keep a record of the approved file, material and dimensions for future orders, and contact our team before changing a specification.
Custom wallpaper works wherever you'd otherwise use paint or panelling — but with the added benefit of full-colour imagery, pattern repeats, and branded graphics. Possible applications, subject to wall suitability and project specifications, include:
Corporate reception walls — branded feature walls that set the tone the moment visitors walk in
Hotel & hospitality interiors — guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, restaurants
Dispatch timeframe: Production time is measured to dispatch (not delivery). Carrier transit times vary by location — metro areas typically receive within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Regional areas may take longer. Delivered Australia-wide on standard orders.
Non-woven uses a separate paste applied to the wall. It suits planned feature walls where a paperhanger or fit-out contractor can prepare the surface and align the drops. Peel-and-stick is self-adhesive vinyl with a release liner, so it needs no separate paste. Choose it for graphics on suitable smooth, sealed walls. Both options are printed with your artwork on our Canon Colorado UVgel press. Test the selected material on the actual paint before committing to the full installation.
Measure width at the top, middle and bottom, and height at the left, centre and right. Use the largest measurement in each direction. The existing artwork setup allows 25mm trimming space at each edge: add 50mm to the measured width and 50mm to the measured height before entering the print size. Do not add that allowance twice. Price each wall separately if heights or layouts differ. For sloping ceilings or connected walls, send a labelled sketch before ordering.
No. Enter the full rectangular print size. The online price is calculated from that rectangle and the overlap needed between drops; it does not deduct doors, windows or sockets. Mark those positions on your artwork brief so important text and graphics can avoid them. Your installer trims the covering around openings on site. Discuss any unusual cut-out arrangement with us before placing the order.
Removal depends on the selected material, adhesive, paint condition and time on the wall. Peel-and-stick should be tested on an inconspicuous area of the actual surface for adhesion and removal. Weak or poorly bonded paint can lift with either material. Follow the supplied material instructions and confirm the wall owner permits the installation; do not treat removable wallpaper as a guarantee against paint damage.
Start with a smooth, dry, clean and properly sealed indoor wall. Loose paint, moisture, dust and deep texture can prevent a reliable bond or show through the print. Ask your installer to check the paint system and follow the paint and wallcovering suppliers' preparation and curing instructions. Send surface photographs if unsure. The online calculator prices the print; it does not assess the wall or include wall preparation.
Send the project specification before ordering, including any required fire classification, cleaning requirements and proposed wall build-up. Ask for documentation for the exact material, ink and installation system being supplied. A printer capability or a generic material name is not a product certificate. These wallpapers are intended for indoor walls, away from persistent damp and direct water exposure. Confirm suitability with the person responsible for your project specification.
Standard production is 5 business days after artwork approval. Fast production is 3 business days with a 25% print surcharge. Production time ends at dispatch, not arrival. Shipping calculated at checkout is separate from the print price; carrier transit depends on the destination and service. Confirm a date-critical fit-out before ordering and book your installer after the goods have arrived and been checked.
Supply a print PDF where possible, with images embedded and fonts outlined. High-resolution JPEG or PNG artwork can also be assessed. Set the artwork to the ordered print dimensions, including the trimming allowance, and use at least 130 DPI at final size. Supply a complete wall image rather than splitting it into strips yourself. Keep important logos and text away from edges, corners and openings. The artwork team checks the layout before production.
Yes. Contact us with the intended material, wall surface, dimensions and artwork reference. A sample helps you check texture, colour and adhesion under the lighting in the room. Confirm sample availability, cost and timing with our team before relying on it for a specification or installation deadline. A screen preview shows composition but cannot establish the physical finish or an exact printed colour.
We print in full colour on our Canon Colorado UVgel press. UV curing is part of printing, without a separate solvent outgassing wait. Choose matte or satin in the calculator and confirm the material and finish on your proof. Printer technology alone does not establish a fire rating, environmental certification or cleaning specification for the finished wallcovering; request the documentation needed for your project.
Supply the Pantone reference or brand guide with your artwork. Colour can appear different on a monitor, across materials and under different lighting. For colour-critical work, request a printed sample on the selected material and approve it before the full run. For repeat orders, include the previous order reference and identify which colour or pattern must remain consistent.
Yes. Printed drops are rolled and protected for delivery Australia-wide. Shipping is calculated at checkout for the destination entered. Pickup is also available through the calculator. For a rollout with different wall sizes or delivery addresses, identify each site clearly and ask us to confirm the packing and dispatch arrangement. Check the shipment and drop sequence before your installer starts.
This online product is printed and supplied for installation by your own paperhanger or fit-out contractor. Wall preparation, paste and installation labour are not included in the print price. We supply labelled drops and material instructions. Your installer should check the wall, agree a starting point and confirm the correct seam method for the supplied material before hanging the print.
Service life depends on the chosen material, preparation, sunlight, cleaning and wear. Ask for the current care and warranty information for the material quoted before ordering. Service-life estimates are not warranty periods. Keep your order reference and report any print or material concern before installation so the team can assess it. Follow the supplied care instructions and test a cleaning method on a sample first.
Trade-account applications are reviewed case by case by our sales team. Contact us with your business details and the type of work you order. Approved trade pricing is applied to your account; online quantity pricing does not require trade approval. For repeat site programmes, retain the artwork version, colour approval, material, dimensions and site reference so each reorder can be specified clearly.

Install Checklist
1. Wall must be clean, dry and sealed; follow the paint supplier’s curing instructions.
2. Confirm primer and adhesive compatibility with your installer before starting.
3. For paste-the-wall: paste the wall, not the paper. Roller works best.
4. Agree a plumb starting line and drop sequence with your installer.
5. Use a smoothing brush — from centre of drop outward — to expel air.
6. Check the supplied seam instructions; printed drops include a 20mm overlap.
7. Trim at ceiling, skirting and reveals with a sharp snap-blade knife.
