Want sustainable signage that still looks premium? Cardboard Signs are printed on FSC-certified fluted cardboard — a twin-wall recycled board that's rigid and lightweight. Full-colour artwork is printed directly on our UV flatbed for indoor display use.
Every board is digitally printed in full colour, then precision-cut on our CCD-registered precision knife cutter — including free custom contour shapes, circles, hexagons and die-cuts. Sizes from 100mm x 100mm up to a full sheet at 2440mm x 1220mm.

Cardboard Signs are printed on FSC-certified fluted cardboard — a twin-wall board with a fluted inner structure that keeps it rigid yet lightweight. We print directly onto the board in full colour on our UV flatbed.
3mm fluted cardboard is ideal for short-term indoor promotions, POS displays, event signage, header cards and countertop signs. 5mm is thicker and more rigid — better for larger boards, A-frame inserts, retail window displays, or any application where the board needs more stiffness. Both are environmentally friendly alternatives to Corflute.
Cardboard Signs are designed for indoor and short-term sheltered use — they are moisture-sensitive and will warp or soften in wet conditions. Perfect for retail, events, exhibitions, POS, pop-up stores, and short promotions. For weatherproof outdoor signage choose Corflute, ACM, Aluminium or Colorbond.
Our maximum single board size is 2440mm x 1220mm (full sheet). The minimum size is 100mm x 100mm. For larger installations we produce multi-board panels. Every board is precision cut to your exact size on our knife cutter with CCD registration.
Indoors, printed Cardboard Signs last years — the fade-resistant latex ink and sheltered environment mean the board will outlive the campaign in most cases. In sheltered outdoor areas (covered shopfronts, undercover markets) they can last several months. Humidity and direct water exposure are the main enemies.

Yes — double-sided printing is available on every size for an additional surcharge. Ideal for hanging POS drops, shelf-talkers, window displays viewed from both sides, and counter-top pointers. Both sides receive full-colour UV flatbed print.
Yes — custom contour / die-cut shapes are included at no extra charge on Cardboard Signs. Supply your cut line as a vector path alongside the artwork and our CCD-registered precision knife cutter handles the rest. Circles, hexagons, custom die-cut shapes, bespoke cutouts — all free.
Cardboard Signs suit short-term indoor campaigns where lightweight paper-based board is preferred. Corflute is more weather-resistant and better for outdoor or fence-mounted use. Foam PVC is rigid and smoother-finished for premium indoor displays.
There is no minimum quantity — you can order a single board. Our minimum order value is $90 per line and $250 per order. A single large cardboard sign at 900×600mm typically meets the $90 line minimum. Volume pricing drops noticeably at 5, 10 and 25 units — event organisers and retailers typically order 10–50 boards per campaign.
Yes — we can pre-drill or cut hanging holes into any size. Specify hole size and position (top-centre, top-corners, or custom) in the order notes. Standard is two 8mm holes with a 20mm edge margin. We can also cut notches for ceiling suspension cable systems on request. Hanging cardboard signs are popular for POS drops in retail, event registration areas, and museum exhibit labels.
We print cardboard signs directly on our large-format UV flatbed in full colour. A digital proof is supplied before production so dimensions, bleed and artwork quality can be checked before the board is printed and cut.
The standard product uses FSC-certified fluted cardboard. Recycling rules vary by council and can depend on inks, adhesives, eyelets and contamination, so remove non-paper fittings and confirm acceptance with your local service. For weatherproof jobs, compare Corflute or another rigid plastic panel.
Yes — all orders receive a digital PDF proof before we cut or print. You approve the proof via our online portal or by email reply. Production begins only after written approval. We check artwork dimensions against the ordered board size, flag any low-resolution areas, and verify bleed before the proof is sent.
The calculator shows the available standard and fast production options for the selected configuration. Production starts after artwork approval, and carrier transit time is additional. Contact us before ordering if the delivery date is critical.
