Offered in corflute, polypropylene, colorbond, and vinyl across four standard sizes (225×300 mm to 600×900 mm). Colorbond is non-combustible and suited to exposed or high-temperature areas; polypropylene is economical for protected indoor spaces. Fire-resistant inks ensure legibility under stress. Trade accounts benefit from bulk discounts; Australia-wide delivery within 5–7 business days.
Check the sign format before ordering
Final sign type, wording, size, placement and material depend on the site risk, project specification and applicable jurisdiction. Confirm the requirement with the relevant WHS adviser or regulator.
This is general product information, not legal or engineering advice. A safety sign is one part of a workplace control system; confirm the site and jurisdictional requirements before ordering.

Frequently asked questions
How many stairway signs do I need in a multi-storey building?
Install one at each stairwell entrance on every floor, and one at the top of stairs if they're not immediately visible from the main corridor. Check your building's fire safety plan or consult your fire engineer.
Should I choose colorbond or polypropylene for a stairwell?
Colorbond withstands heat and moisture better and lasts 10+ years in stairwells. Polypropylene is fine for dry, protected stairwells where budget is tight but works best indoors with lower foot traffic.
Are these signs compliant with building codes?
Yes, they meet AS 1319 and are accepted by building certifiers and fire authorities across Australia. We include compliance information with each order.
Can I add reflective coating to improve visibility?
Reflective grades provide different visibility performance. Choose the grade required by the project specification and site conditions, and confirm any road, traffic or high-risk requirement with the relevant authority before ordering.
What's the lead time for a large stairwell project?
Standard delivery is 5–7 days. For 20+ signs, we recommend ordering 10 days ahead to ensure stock. Contact sales for expedited options.
