Frequently asked questions
Is this sign legally required on emergency-only doors in Australia?
Yes. AS 1319 mandates clear labelling of emergency exit routes and restricted-access doors. This sign meets those requirements.
What material resists tampering or vandalism best?
Colorbond is the most durable option and resists damage from impact or attempted removal. Lamination adds an extra protective layer.
Can I add reflective coating to improve visibility at night?
Reflective grades provide different visibility performance. Choose the grade required by the project specification and site conditions, and confirm any road, traffic or high-risk requirement with the relevant authority before ordering.
How many doors can I cover with a bulk order discount?
Volume-pricing examples are 5 signs: 8% off, 10 signs: 15% off, 25 signs: 24% off, 50 signs: 32% off, 100 signs: 40% off. Savings increase gradually between these quantities. The total increases as you add more signs, while the average price per sign falls or stays the same. The configurator calculates the total for your selected quantity.
What if I need a non-standard size?
The appropriate safety-sign category, wording, placement and supporting controls depend on the product purpose, site risk and applicable jurisdiction. Confirm the requirement with your WHS adviser or regulator; a sign alone does not discharge WHS duties.
