The project in detail

Three additional owned photographs show the completed identity, the previous sign and the acrylic depth without repeating the hero image.

The page uses four distinct owned photographs from the same Double Bay project: one hero, one separate completed view and two records of the sign before replacement.

Project at a glance

A sharper identity for a distinctive curved office wall.

The project was more than a flat logo swap. The existing sign had to be replaced with a finely detailed, vertically composed identity while respecting the wall's curve, narrow flutes, furniture and close reception sightlines.

The identity update

The earlier horizontal mark was replaced with the approved stacked One Buyers Agency wordmark, giving the reception area a more editorial and recognisable focal point.

The surface challenge

The logo spans a curved feature wall formed from repeated vertical flutes, so fine letterforms could not rely on one broad, flat fixing surface.

The finished effect

Gloss black acrylic contrasts with the muted green wall and produces crisp dimensional shadows without competing with the refined interior palette.

How the replacement was resolved

Document the wall, approve the composition, then fix every letter accurately.

The Trello specification, approved mockup and owned project photography connect the previous identity to the completed August 2024 result. The gallery includes finished, before and detail views rather than claiming to document every fabrication step.

Read the four delivery stages
  1. 1

    Review the existing sign

The previous 1650 × 750 mm identity and curved feature wall were photographed so the replacement could respond to the available zone, furniture and substrate.

  2. 2

    Approve the new composition

The revised stacked artwork was mocked up at approximately 1600 × 1600 mm, confirming scale and balance before the individual components were prepared.

  3. 3

    Prepare the acrylic lettering

The final identity uses 6 mm black acrylic, preserving the thin serif details and clean internal spaces of the approved artwork.

  4. 4

    Remove, set out and install

After the earlier sign was removed, the new components were aligned across the curved flutes and secured with a combination of double-sided tape and acrylic pins.

Project anatomy

Thin black acrylic, precise set-out and a fixing method suited to the wall.

The material and installation approach were selected together. The lettering needed enough depth to read as a physical identity while retaining the fine strokes of the approved logo across a curved, textured surface.

Material decision

Why use solid acrylic lettering for this office identity?

For this non-illuminated interior, 6 mm acrylic gives the new logo clean black faces, sharp serif detail and useful physical depth without the visual weight of deeper fabricated letters.

Acrylic thickness, finish and fixing should still be reviewed for the artwork, letter stroke widths, wall profile, expected contact, viewing distance and maintenance conditions of each new project.

Pricing context

What shapes the price of a custom acrylic office logo?

Office identities are quoted to the approved artwork and actual wall. We explain the cost drivers without publishing One Buyers Agency's commercial terms.

  • Overall logo dimensions, letter count and the complexity of fine artwork
  • Acrylic thickness, colour, finish and component quantities
  • Removal of existing signage and making the feature wall ready
  • Wall profile, template complexity, fixings, access and installation timing

Send a straight-on wall photograph, approximate dimensions and vector artwork for a current indication. Final pricing follows confirmed scale, material, substrate, fixing and installation requirements.
