Our plastic election signs are printed on lightweight twin-wall corrugated polypropylene. The calculator offers 3mm and 5mm panels, full-colour printing, rectangle or contour cutting, and selectable eyelet patterns for short-term campaign signage.
3mm is the lighter option and 5mm is the more rigid option. Choose according to panel size, support, handling and exposure, and confirm any frame or fixing compatibility before ordering.
The listed preset eyelet patterns are included in the calculator price. Choose no eyelets, four corners, two top, two centre left/right, two centre top/bottom, or one of the six-eyelet patterns. Confirm fixing compatibility and edge distances before installation.
Our maximum single panel size is 2440mm × 1220mm (a full Corflute sheet). The minimum is 100mm × 100mm. Standard election sizes — A1 (594 × 841mm), 600 × 900mm booth signs, and full-sheet fence banners — are all in range. For billboards or roadside hoardings, we can produce multi-panel layouts.
Service life varies with exposure, installation, handling and storage. This product is intended for short-term campaign use; contact us before ordering if the signs must meet a particular outdoor-life requirement.
Yes. Choose double-sided printing when the panel needs artwork on both faces. A surcharge applies, and separate front and back artwork may be required.
The calculator shows the production options currently available for your configuration, with carrier transit time added after dispatch. Contact us before ordering if you have an urgent campaign top-up or fixed polling-date deadline so availability can be confirmed.
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, TIFF, and high-resolution JPEG/PNG. For best results supply vector artwork at actual size with 3mm bleed. You supply the required authorisation line (e.g. 'Authorised by [Name], [Address]') as part of your artwork — we don't add or modify it. Australian Electoral Commission and state commission rules apply; check the relevant authority for the exact wording, font size, and placement rules for your electorate.
The calculator includes 600 × 900mm and A1 (594 × 841mm) among its preset sizes. Measure the intended stand, fence or display area and confirm its requirements before choosing a size.
Yes — set the Number of Artworks / Designs field to the number of unique files, up to the sign quantity. File-preparation charges are tiered: $15 for each of the first four additional artworks, $10 for each of the next five, then $5 for each additional artwork after that.
The substrate is polypropylene. Acceptance varies by council and recycler, and fittings or contamination may affect eligibility. Ask your local waste provider how the used panels and eyelets should be separated and handled.
Wire H-frames and ground stakes can be sourced on request — contact us when ordering. Standard eyelet placement (2 top, 2 bottom, or 4 corners) aligns with standard H-frame dimensions. For large roadside orders (50+ frames), we can supply stake kits with the sign order.
